Keynote Systems announces the release of its Web-based "Portal", a comprehensive business management system designed specifically for the home health industry. The Portal combines the ease and flexibility of the World Wide Web and the power of AS400 mainframe data processing to enable you to easily manage your single-site or multi-site business from your existing Internet-connected PC and network.
The Portal Offers These Fully-Integrated Features:
• HR Record Management
The base of the Portal Business Management System is its strong HR record creation, storage and retrieval functionality.
User friendly, form-based entry and search screens enable you to quickly add or access vital employee or customer information, including the ability to quickly attach and view related documents like resumes, applications and even photographs.
As in a much higher-priced WAN environment, you can make all of your corporate forms and manuals available on-line across your multiple sites, but have a single point of management.
• Powerful Payroll, Billing, & Accounting
We’ve been processing payroll and billing for home health companies for over 20 years. There’s not much we haven’t seen.
