Software for Staffing Services sponsored by Coats. Topic: Staffing Software

I'm also in the market for staffing software. Colleagues have recommended a package to purchase (Gopher) and a web-based service (Bullhorn). There's so much out there, I hardly know where to start! Suggestions welcome.

Software selection is very important both due to cost of an application and to the simple fact that the software you select is what you will be interacting with 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I'd be interested to here what it is that you are looking for in a software package to see if we are a good fit for you. If you would like to take a look at our software to get a taste of what is out there, please feel free to give me a call. I'll be more than happy to answer any questions you have.
Take care,

Hi Lesli,

Chris is right about the importance of the usability of
your staffing software. In addition, much depends on
whether you are a solo recruiter or work in a team
environment.

If solo (or if less than four in your firm), your needs
will be relatively simple compared to those of a
larger organization. There are lots of applications
that have good capabilities in this area.

On the other hand, in a larger staffing firm -- or one
EXPECTING to grow, the need for management
reporting, business analysis, and back-office
administration increase in importance dramatically.

I'd suggest choosing with a five-year plan in mind.
